X-AWS is a private-beta decision platform built around a question executives ask but cloud dashboards do not answer: what would it take to leave AWS? It inventories the current environment, finds waste and repatriation candidates, models the on-premises alternative and turns the result into a defensible cost and migration plan.
The problem
An AWS bill can show what an organization spent. It does not show what hardware would replace those workloads, which resources are safe to move, or whether the operating model makes repatriation worthwhile. That analysis usually lives across spreadsheets, architecture tools and one person's experience.
The decision engine
- Safe discovery. A CloudFormation template creates scoped, least-privilege access for automated inventory and metrics collection.
- Resource intelligence. The platform correlates instance families, utilization, IOPS, storage classes and data-egress behavior.
- Migration modeling. Workloads become hardware, storage and operating-cost estimates with recommendation scoring.
- Multi-tenant delivery. MSP partners can run customer scans, compare scenarios and produce branded TCO and ROI reports.
- Campaign attribution. Invite codes connect users to a partner or campaign without adding friction to the assessment.
What the concept proves
The hard part is not collecting cloud data. It is turning technical telemetry into a decision that finance, operations and engineering can trust.
